Nicola Peltz Re-Wears Victoria Beckhams Noughties Biker Jacket

I’m sure being married to Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham has its perks, but the greatest perk of all has to be getting to tap into your mother-in-law’s closet. That seems to be just what Nicola Peltz-Beckham did for a recent outing in Paris, just a few days ahead of Victoria Beckham’s runway presentation at Paris Fashion Week.

Stepping out hand-in-hand with husband Brooklyn, the Lola director looked casually fabulous in her off-duty outfit—the centerpiece being the leather Dolce & Gabbana biker jacket that Victoria had previously worn in 2001. Hailing from the Italian fashion house’s Spring/Summer 2001 runway show, the mostly black piece features diagonal stripes of white and azure slashed across the chest and running down along the sleeves.

Nicola let the vintage outerwear take the spotlight, pairing it with some classic blue straight-leg jeans, a fuzzy black fur tote bag, black platform boots, and black oval sunglasses.

Victoria styled the jacket in her own Posh way when she wore it to a 2001 Manchester United team parade, opting for a signature Noughties pair of bootcut jeans—these emblazoned with a checkered print—amber-tinted aviator sunglasses, and strappy sandals.

At the 2001 event, Victoria was photographed alongside a then-two-year-old Brooklyn, who supported soccer star dad David Beckham and his team in a mini red MU jersey and white shorts. During his recent outing with Nicola, Brooklyn seemed to reference his sporty ’00s look, coordinating in a red Le Coq crewneck sweater, jeans, and black boots.
