Ronda Rousey Didnt Appreciate How WWE Reminded Fans Of Her Cringe-Worthy Botch

Ronda Rousey has been in the news recently after fans criticized her performance at the Survivor Series. The star admitted that she messed up when she took DDT on the ring apron from Shotzi, and many online were not impressed. #FireRondaRousey trended multiple times on social media during WWE shows in the weeks following the event, before the former UFC champion presented her own explanation.

Rousey explained that the move went wrong because she was concerned about protecting Shotzi. Rousey addressed the situation at Survivor Series again on her current gaming stream, laughing off comments from her viewers. Rousey remarked that the next time she’s in that situation, she’ll do a “breakdance spin.”

I’m going to take this DDT better than anyone on the f*cking Earth some other time. I’m going to spike my head, do a f*cking breakdance spin, and then land face first onto the mat. And while I’m bleeding out onto the ground, I’m going to be like, ‘Are you not entertained?!’

The SmackDown Women’s Champion went on to say that she regrets only one mistake from her career. WWE didn’t make things easier by reminding fans what happened.

The only botch I ever cringe at is when I missed slapping Ruby Riott, and WWE made reaction videos of everyone reacting, like, ‘Oh my god, Ronda messed something up. Let’s all react and laugh and make a big deal out of it. Like, Jesus. You guys looking a little bored? Need something to talk about? Gotta sh*t all over my tan suit?

Rousey continued by saying that making comments of this nature is inevitable when striving for perfection. She went on to say that the second you aren’t perfect, “everyone’s going to lose their Goddamn mind.” Ronda Rousey last competed on Friday Night SmackDown on December 9th.

Ronda Rousey competed on the show alongside Shayna Baszler and lost against Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox after Raquel Rodriguez’s interference. Let’s see what else she has in store for us. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Ringside News.
